Taste the Difference and experience an exploration of flavours with Local Foraging Chef, Nelson Penner. Utilizing his organic farm, he is able to showcase the best of local Nova-Scotian cuisine with, in-season ingredients. Bringing you a six-course tasting menu to revel in and savour.
We offer a wide selection of wine, craft beers and spirits from our bar menu. For the wine lover, we offer a wine pairing for each course, which has been thoughtfully paired with either domestic or international wines by our resident wine expert. Please note: wine pairings are subject to change and may not be available if minimum requirements have not been met.
Whether you're staying at the Inn or not, you can reserve a table without reserving a room.

Features Chef Penner's passion for tacos, bringing tacos to the next level. A 4-course menu will highlight 4 different taco creations and side accompaniment. Each night will have a new menu.

Cajun-style Lobster Seafood Supper: August 16th & September 6th
Featuring Chef Penner's elevated spin on a traditional seafood supper in the Maritimes.
$59.00 per person plus taxes and gratuities.
Before dinner, relax and enjoy our outdoor pavilion or back parlour with a tasty cocktail from our bar menu.
Seating starts at 5:45 pm with your dining experience beginning at 6:00 pm.
For your convenience, an automatic 18% gratuity will be applied to your table at the end of the evening.
Seating is limited, to avoid disappointment please give us a call to make a reservation. Due to the preparation required, a 7-day cancellation policy is in effect for all our supper club dinners. Should you need to cancel within this time and preparation has begun you will still be responsible.
We also ask any allergies be brought to our attention 7 days before your reservation. Due to the nature of our dining experience, we are unable to accommodate food intolerances other than gluten. Minor menu changes or substitutions may occur based on availability at the discretion of the Chef.
