Come enjoy an exploration of flavours with Local Foraging Chef, Nelson Penner. Utilizing his organic farm, he brings you local, in-season ingredients.  The evening brings you a new six-course tasting menu to relax and enjoy, showcasing the best of local Nova-Scotian cuisine.


Chef Penner Supper Club will be held on selected Friday and Saturday nights throughout the year. 

Each course has been thoughtfully paired with either domestic or international wines by our resident wine expert should you choose to enjoy the wine pairings.   

Below are our upcoming dates with menus for the next few months as well as past menus to tantalize the tastebuds. Future menus are in the process of being created.

Supper Club Menus

VALENTINE'S DAY Dinner: $129 per person, with wine pairings : $169 per person


Dinner only: $109.00 per person plus tax. Dinner with Wine pairings: $149.00 per person plus tax and gratuities.


 Seating starts at 5:45 pm with your dining experience beginning at 6:00 pm. 

For your convenience, an automatic 17% gratuity will be applied to your table. 

Seating is limited, to avoid disappointment please give us a call to make a reservation. Due to the preparation required, a 7-day cancellation policy is in effect for all our supper club dinners. Should you need to cancel within this time and preparation has begun you will still be responsible. We also ask any dietary allergies be brought to our attention 7 days prior to your reservation. Due to the nature of our dining experience, we are unable to accommodate food intolerances other than gluten. Minor menu changes or substitutions may occur based on availability at the discretion of the Chef.
