Discover the extraordinary flavours of Chef Nelson Penner every Friday Night. Taking full advantage of his organic farm to bring you locally grow , not readily available ingredients to each and every menu. He loves to spend his Sundays foraging the Annapolis Valley. A new creation every two weeks brings the best of local ingredients to life. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with either a domestic or international wine.
