Our first Vegan Supper Club was so well received we are doing another one on March 21st with 2 seatings beginning at 5:00pm and 8:00pm.

Join Chef Penner for a unique culinary experience that celebrates the vibrant flavors of spring with a thoughtfully curated 7-course vegan tasting menu. Using the finest locally grown ingredients, Chef Penner crafts dishes that surprise and delight with every bite, offering a harmonious balance of flavors and textures.

Melanie and Jake Eelman, rooted in Nova Scotia’s farming, returned from central Canada with a dream. In 2017, they transformed 21 acres in Port Williams, Nova Scotia into Beausoleil Farmstead, a name inspired by the land’s natural radiance. Their boutique winery and cider, born from sustainable practices and cellar innovation, now flourishes with an 8-acre vineyard and heirloom apples—a testament to the Eelman family’s commitment to their heritage and to the art of fine wines and unique wine & cider blends.”

✨2024 What a WORLD WIND of a year✨Reflecting on this year, my biggest takeaway is the amount of change and extensive growth we’ve experienced. When we bought the Inn ten years ago, our vision was just beginning, and now, it’s truly coming to life. Here are a few highlights of our journey:

Grand Opening of The Magnolia House: This year, we unveiled our new building, adding 7 beautiful rooms to our property, transforming our 9-room Inn from 2015 into a 21-room boutique hotel. This was undoubtedly our biggest accomplishment this year.

Post and Beam Pavilion: We’ve built a stunning new pavilion in the backyard, complete with a fully landscaped space for guests to relax and enjoy, further elevating the guest experience.

Dessert Menu at Brunch: make sure to save room for one of our irresistible treats when you visit for brunch!

Mulberries Food and Drink: Our restaurant space has grown and now boasts a name. It has become the perfect setting for company meetings, Christmas parties, and special gatherings throughout the year.

Bar & Lounge Area: We’ve converted our back parlour into a cozy bar and lounge, where guests can enjoy light snacks, decadent desserts, and expertly crafted cocktails or mocktails.

Special Culinary Events: From Vegan Supper Club Nights and Taco Nights to Seafood Boils, our regular Friday night 6-course tasting menus, and more, we’ve hosted a variety of special culinary events bringing food lovers from near and far.

Gift Shop Expansion: Our Keepsake Cupboard has expanded into the front parlour, transforming into a full gift shop. Now, guests and locals alike can shop for unique, locally crafted items from artisans across the province.

Tattingstone Team Growth: Our team has grown significantly this year. I am so proud of all that we’ve accomplished together, and I am excited for the year ahead as we continue to grow and thrive.

I don’t know how I had forgotten how beautiful it is. The sheer immensity and complexity of the grounds is breathtaking. I could easily spend hours there. With all the herbs from her garden Beverly’s creations are simply delicious. It’s pretty hard to leave empty handed. 🤭

If you are in the Annapolis Valley @tangledgarden should definitely be on your list of places to see. You’ll want to plan on being there for at least an hour. The garden is open from May 24 until November 1st.
